At SimplyDepo (B2B SaaS for wholesale distributors) I led product design: the only senior designer on the team, mentoring a junior designer. I worked daily with the product manager, the head of engineering and the dev team. I audited the design debt in Adobe XD and the codebase, built the design system in Figma, and helped roll it out in code.
At Readdle (PDF Expert) I worked closely with product managers and stakeholders on product features. Together with the support team I processed user feedback, found recurring requests and turned them into hypotheses for new functionality, then validated them against earlier research to see whether the goals were reached.
I helped evolve the design system and led the launch of Lottie in the product: from finding the technology to shipping it with the development team, with a systematic approach to animations across iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Freelancing let me work with many products, businesses and processes: I organized small teams, worked independently, ran UX consultations and took part in the whole creation process.

I ran UX consultations and meetings for the ROMBLAB team together with Mstislav Banik (Diia). I also taught Lottie animation at Point School (formerly ProjectorOD).
